  • We conduct independent verification with Atradius Insurance Company for every supplier.
  • Only suppliers insured and approved by Atradius are eligible to cooperate with our marketplace. Suppliers without such insurance coverage are not considered.

  • All suppliers are contractually required to confirm, for every purchase order, that:
    • All products provided are genuine and authentic.
    • All goods are sourced exclusively within the European Union.
    • No counterfeit, parallel-imported, or non-compliant products are permitted under any circumstances.

4. Ongoing Supplier Management

  • Each supplier is assigned a dedicated purchasing manager who monitors daily performance, order fulfillment, delivery quality, and overall compliance.
  • Should any supplier fail to adhere to our standards or demonstrate operational deficiencies, they are immediately suspended or deactivated from our marketplace.

5. Onboarding Process and Cooperation Standards

  • Supplier onboarding is never automated. Each new partnership involves detailed and extensive verbal and written communication with our Business Development representatives.
  • Only after thorough evaluation, mutual agreement, and confirmation of compliance with all marketplace standards are suppliers approved and allowed to provide products.

6. Inventory and Assortment Evaluation

  • Every supplier’s inventory and price list are carefully evaluated against existing supplier benchmarks, with detailed analysis of pricing differences to ensure competitiveness.
  • In cases where a supplier introduces new product assortments not previously available in our marketplace, we verify product presence in other marketplaces, review EAN activity, analyze sales trends, and assess purchasing ratios.
  • Only assortments that demonstrate clear demand, market traction, and competitive pricing are accepted into our marketplace offering.

7. Supplier Profile and Delivery Performance

  • We maintain strategic partnerships with leading wholesalers, distributors, and recognized brands, ensuring the highest level of supply chain reliability and product authenticity.
  • For every order, delivery times are carefully calculated and communicated both internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our clients.
  • We continuously monitor and optimize delivery performance, aligning with the service level expectations of our marketplace clients and end consumers.
