    Eany is a Europe-based B2B platform that consolidates real-time inventory data from distributors, retailers, excess stock holders, and brands. Suppliers benefit by receiving a constant order flow from Eany based on the assortment submitted/integrated, gaining access to flexible financing, and comprehensive logistics support through Eany’s cross-dock facilities. This allows suppliers to expand their reach within the European market without directly handling buyer relationships, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.

    Eany supports suppliers from various industries, including distributors, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and brands with surplus or excess inventory, helping them sell their products cross-border within the EU.

    To become a supplier, simply register your business by filling out a form on our website. After submitting the form, our team will contact you in 48 hours to discuss the details and ensure everything is tailored to your needs. Eany will evaluate your inventory by providing you with a report that highlights quantities of new and existing items, along with pricing compared to other suppliers of the same products. Once the onboarding process is complete and your account is verified, we will integrate your products into our system, making them available to buyers across Europe.

    There is no fee to join Eany as a supplier. We aim to build strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers by becoming their regular customer. At this stage, we manage everything in-house and purchase large quantities of your products to meet the needs of our network of buyers, all without adding any extra costs to you. There are no hidden fees, commissions, or strings attached; our goal is to streamline the purchasing process and ensure consistent orders directly from you.

    Once your account is approved, simply send us your stock and price list in API, XML, CSV, or FTP format. Our team will handle the entire upload process for you, integrating your inventory directly into our system.

    Purchase decisions are based on product availability, pricing, and demand generated by Eany buyers. Eany places daily orders driven by demand from its network of buyers across Europe, ensuring a consistent flow of orders to suppliers. All invoices and deliveries will be managed by Eany, streamlining the process and allowing you to focus on your business while we handle the purchasing and logistics for our buyers.

    All purchase orders will be issued by Eany UAB (Company Code: 302488708, VAT Code: LT100005271719), located at Verkių g. 25c-1, Vilnius, LT-08223, Lithuania. Eany UAB is the purchasing entity for Eany.io. All payments for purchases will be made by Eany UAB. Invoices you submit will be paid from Eany UAB’s bank account: LT107300010126816706, SWIFT code: HABALT22.

    Eany UAB uses Atradius credit insurance to insure all debtors. If a supplier is covered by insurance, upfront payment for ordered items is available. In other cases, payment terms are agreed upon separately, but payment is made as early as possible once the products are received at Eany UAB’s cross-dock facilities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, suppliers are entitled to a kick-back of up to 1.9% (depending on deferred payment days) from gross turnover if the supplier grants payment terms for the respective goods supplied.

    Credit insurance is a financial product that protects suppliers against the risk of non-payment by their buyers. If a buyer is unable to pay due to insolvency, bankruptcy, or other financial difficulties, the credit insurance provider, such as Atradius, steps in to cover the outstanding payments. This provides suppliers with peace of mind, ensuring they are compensated for their goods even if the buyer defaults, allowing them to extend credit terms with confidence and reduce the risk of financial loss.
    Eany UAB uses credit insurance if suppliers and buyers requests financing from Eany.
    Purchase decisions are based on various criteria such as price, availability, confirmation rate, payment terms, and delivery terms. The better your conditions, the higher the chances of receiving more orders for your uploaded inventory. Eany also uses in-house algorithms to mix orders and match the same EANs from multiple suppliers, optimizing product selection.
    As an Eany supplier, you will receive constant updates on your inventory pricing and performance, helping you stay competitive and increase your chances of securing more orders.

    Eany uses advanced security protocols to ensure that all supplier information, including financial data, is encrypted and securely stored. We comply with industry regulations to protect your business data.

    If a buyer cancels an order, Eany’s cancellation policies apply, depending on the agreement with the supplier, the status of the order, and the terms and conditions set with the supplier. Suppliers will be notified immediately, and any necessary adjustments to inventory and payments will be made. We expect suppliers to accept returns of products that have been shipped if an order is canceled.

    Eany encourages its suppliers to sign Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) agreements, which provide a 5% kickback on all items sold to Eany UAB in exchange for waiving the right to return products for warranty claims or cancellations. If no such agreement is signed, standard terms will apply, allowing Eany to return products for exchange in cases of warranty issues or Dead on Arrival (DOA) situations.
